Using Veil Collab
By creating an account you agree to use Veil Collab lawfully and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you add to your workspace and for the collaborators you invite.
Accounts and roles
Accounts are created as a couple, wedding planner, or vendor. Features and limits differ by role and subscription tier. You may not misrepresent your identity or business.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing area of your workspace. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Professional services
Veil Collab is a workspace, not a party to any agreement between couples and wedding professionals. Contracts, payments, and services delivered between users are their own responsibility.
Acceptable use
You may not use Veil Collab to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to access data you were not granted, or disrupt the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@veilcollab.com.
