- Can I bring over what I already have in HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, or spreadsheets?
- Yes. Guest lists, budgets, and vendor lists can be added by CSV-style paste or entered directly, and you can upload existing contracts and documents into the workspace. There is no lock-in — your files stay downloadable.
- Do couples pay anything?
- Core planning is free for couples: timeline, budget, guest list, RSVPs, documents, and messaging. Couples who want the wedding website, AI concierge, unlimited guest e-invites, and the Wedding Team workspace can unlock Veil Collab Forever for a one-time payment.
- Do vendors I invite have to pay to join my wedding?
- No. A vendor or planner invited to a wedding can collaborate on it for free. Paid plans are for professionals who want to run more weddings than the free limit and use the business tools.
- What exactly is the free limit for professionals?
- Planners work with up to 2 active weddings free; Planner Pro removes the limit. Vendors work with up to 3 active weddings free; Vendor Professional removes the limit. Past weddings don't count against you.
- How long does setup take?
- Most couples have a working workspace in under 15 minutes — wedding date, budget, and first vendor invites. Professionals can be set up and inviting clients the same day.
- Is my data secure?
- All traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, data and files are encrypted at rest, and access is scoped per wedding so a vendor only sees what has been shared with them. Details are on our security page.
